ROSEBURG: A Roseburg youth was arrested Saturday for allegedly abusing two boys, ages 8 and 9, on the bicycle path between the end of Pine Street and Gaddis Park.
One of the boys' mothers reportedly caught the 14-year-old performing oral sex on her son around 1:45 p.m. and called police, according to the Roseburg Police Department. The 14-year-old boy was arrested and lodged at the Juvenile Detention Center on suspicion of two counts of first-degree sodomy.
A police department spokesman said the investigation is continuing. It appears the teen knew his alleged victims.
