ROSEBURG: A Roseburg teenager was cited for careless driving after crashing her car at Doerner Road and Melrose Road in Roseburg Saturday evening.
Brittany Sue Mayberry, 16, of Roseburg hit an embankment after failing to stop her 2001 Honda Civic at a stop sign coming off Doerner Road around 6:30 p.m. Two passengers in the car were taken to Mercy Medical Center in Roseburg for minor injuries, according to a Douglas County Sheriff's Office spokesman. The passengers' names were not available from police this morning.
