ROSEBURG: Registration for the Jaycee-News-Review ski school is also available at Waldron's Outdoor Sports in Roseburg. The alternate registration site was omitted from a recent story.
Trips to Willamette Pass from Roseburg are available on a charter bus which loads at 6 a.m. at Waldron's, 330 N.E. Garden Valley Blvd., on Saturdays and leaves at 6:30 a.m., returning at about 6:30 p.m.
Registration can also be made by calling Skip Brigham at 672-8193 or 580-2548.
A session package of four consecutive Saturdays on the bus and lift tickets is $196 for adults, $162 for ages 10 and younger. Standby rides may be available after all ticket holders have been seated, for $31 per ride.
Willamette Pass offers four-week ski or snowboard group lessons for all skiing abilities for an additional $40.
