* PUB WALK ON PATTY'S. The 8th annual "Erin Go Brew" Pub Walk starts at McMenamins Roseburg Station Pub at 6 p.m. today. Other pubs to be visited include Anthony's Italian Cafe, The Sawmill Tavern, B&M Tavern, The Mark V Bar & Grill, Mr. and Mrs. M's Restaurant & Lounge and the Idle Hour Tavern. The McMenamins marching band will lead the way. Mugs, T-shirts and other items will be sold at the start of the walk. All proceeds will be donated to Douglas County Special Olympics. * TOLLY'S GOES IRISH. Tolly's Restaurant will hold a St. Patrick's Day event from 8:30 to 11:30 p.m. today at 115 N.E. Locust St. in Oakland. Joe Ross & Friends will play Irish music, swing and bluegrass. Musicians will play Celtic harp, dulcimer, guitar, mandolin, concertina and more. The evening features sing-alongs, Irish karaoke, an Irish trivia contest and best-dressed leprechaun contest. Special menu items will be served. Call ahead for dinner reservations. * SYMPHONIC SOUND. The Eugene Symphony will perform "American Legends" at 7:30 p.m. today at Umpqua Community College's Jacoby Auditorium in Winchester. The concert will feature the work of Leonard Bernstein, Aaron Copland and George Gershwin with Kevin Cole on the piano. Giancarlo Guerrero will conduct. * GET MOONED. Centerstage Theatre at Umpqua Community College presents "Moon Over Buffalo," a comedy by Ken Ludwig, at 7:30 p.m. today and Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday. The play runs through April 2 on weekends. The comedy centers on George and Charlotte Hay, fading stars of repertory theater in Buffalo, New York, in the 1950s. "Moon Over Buffalo" premiered on Broadway with Carol Burnett. Parental guidance is suggested. Pressed for ideas to create a new disaster film, Junior Dover Jr. and his team of assistants link all modes of disaster movies to create the ultimate motion picture. Harvard Ave. Passions rise as two Americans explore forbidden love interests on a tiny island in the South Pacific during World War II. The program is free; discussion and refreshments will follow.
