Constituents of Oregon's Fourth Congressional District will hold a town hall meeting Saturday to discuss the cost of the war in Iraq.The meeting will take place from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. in the Ford Community Room at the Douglas County Library, 1409 N.E. Diamond Lake Blvd., in Roseburg.Organizers say Douglas County's share of the financial cost of the war was $69.9 million as of Feb. 6. The share for the seven counties represented by Rep.
