SUTHERLIN: Aleah Ash took home the championship trophy in the 7th annual Diaper Derby during the Sutherlin Blackberry Festival Sunday.
Ash, the daughter of Tiffany Ash, a Roseburg resident, moved up to the trophy round against three other competitors after she won first place in the fourth heat of the derby.
She competed against Kody Savino, the son of Bethany Kuchler, who won first place in the first heat, and second heat winner Kira Binder, the daughter of Sutherlin residents Sheryl and Ryan Binder.
Alyssa Power, daughter of Wendi Stunger of Glide won the third heat, and also competed against Ash.
