Did you know that Douglas County has an award winning 4-H Leader? Well, we do! Marian Stratton of Riddle was named Oregon 4-H Leader of the Year by the state 4-H Leaders Association committee. She definitely deserves this honor, and she continues to contribute her volunteer services for the 4-H youth program. Marian is a 4-H leader in foods, clothing, photography and table setting.
