ROSEBURG: Spots are still available in the Nurturing Parent class, a 10-week series beginning April 3.
The class will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursdays at Eastwood Elementary School, 2550 S.E. Waldon Ave. The program is free, and child care is available by reservation.
The class is designed for families of children from birth to 8 years old.
Activities teach nurturing skills, helping children manage their own behavior, and discipline and expectations that are appropriate for the child’s age.
