The showing precedes the visit of Akol Aguek, one of the Lost Boys of Sudan who will be speaking in Roseburg. Film follows the life of three of the Lost Boys of Sudan who lived in refugee camps and were relocated to the U.S. in 2001. The festival will feature 18 local wineries, a variety of food vendors, artisans and musical groups, including the Oregon Coast Lab Band Evolution and the band The Essentials. Participants are asked to dress in period clothing reminiscent of 1890 to 1910. Prizes will be awarded to best dressed man and woman. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children and will be sold at the festival. Proceeds go to City Park and City Hall improvements. Sponsored by the Oakland Economic Development committee.
