1:53 a.m. Alarm on the 300 block of North First Street, Drain, led to a case assigned for attempted burglary and criminal mischief.
8:37 a.m. Goat at large on the 5600 block of Goodrich Highway, Metz Hill. Goat was impounded later, when owner couldnt be located.
8:40 a.m. Case assigned for criminal mischief and theft on the 100 block of Ork Rock Road, Winchester Bay.
9:32 a.m. Case assigned for burglary on the 1000 block of Laura Street, Tri City.
10:32 a.m. Criminal mischief on the 1000 block of Reuben Road, Glendale.
11:02 a.m. Report of theft of fishing license on the 23800 block of North Umpqua Highway, Idleyld Park.
11:04 a.m. Report that traffic lights at the intersection of Harvard Avenue and Stewart Park Drive were flashing. Oregon Department of Transportation notified.
11:15 a.m. Theft of guitar and amp from the 100 block of Cola Street, Winston.
11:21 a.m. Railroad signal and arms were inactive and under repair at the intersection of Cow Creek Road and Riddle Bypass, Riddle. At 3:03 p.m., they were again reported to be malfunctioning.
12:01 p.m. Attempted theft from the 6900 block of Highway 42.
4:52 p.m. Theft on the 100 block of Isabell Avenue, Roseburg.
6:34 p.m. Burglary on the 100 block of Winngate Court, Green.
6:54 p.m. Report of arson to a backyard on the 200 block of West Pacific Avenue, Glendale.
