Gas stations add to the gouging?

Print Comment
If transportation costs are the reason for high gas prices in Roseburg and Winston, then why is gas cheaper in Myrtle Point and Coquille? The gas stations in Myrtle Point and Winston are owned by the same person and there is no way transportation costs are cheaper from Eugene to the coast than they are from Eugene to Roseburg.

As far as competition goes, Myrtle Point only has one gas station. This, my friends, is price gouging.
