Josh Malone and Brady Sherriff both scored 19 points, Bradley Seehawer sank three three-point field goals and the Roseburg Indians used an 18-7 first quarter edge to help them earn their second consecutive boys basketball victory Friday at Robertson Memorial Gym, a 66-45 win over West Salem.
Malone who has averaged 18.7 points during Roseburgs latest three-game stretch added four assists and Seehawer finished with 12 points and seven rebounds for the Indians. Sherriff buried two three-pointers and Manny Mendoza recorded four steals and four assists. Roseburg hit 16 of its 23 free-throw attempts and held the Titans to 33 percent shooting.
Andrew Saba led West Salem with 16 points, including three three-pointers.

OAKLAND Chris Mock scored 16 points to help the 4A Bulldogs past the 1A Monarchs in a non-league game at Oakland High School.
Zach Bennett added 11 points and 10 rebounds, and Joey Atterbury contributed eight points, seven steals and five assists. Ryan Graf led the Monarchs with 21 points and Michael Graham had 10 points.

AURORA Taylor Bond and Stacia Blankenship each scored 24 points for the Trojans in two wins at the North Marion Holiday Tournament Friday.
Rachel Erickson added nine and seven points respectively for the Trojans. Against North Marion, Blankenship converted two three-point plays within four minutes of the second quarter to help Douglas rally from a nine-point deficit and take the lead.
