These logs are the highlights of initial emergency calls and reports to the Douglas County Dispatch Center. They do not represent all the incidents or their final outcomes.

POLICE LOG

Monday

Douglas County sheriff

12:33 p.m. — Domestic dispute on the 1700 block of Fairhill Drive in Roseburg.

6:11 p.m. — Vehicle broken into and items stolen on the 1700 block of Salmon Harbor Drive in Winchester Bay.

Reedsport Police

12:54 p.m. — Damage to a tree on the 2000 block of Fir Avenue.

4:04 p.m. — Fraudulent check received on the 1300 block of Highway Avenue.

Roseburg Police

10:58 a.m. — Windows broken out of building on the 1500 block of Southeast Stephens Street.

12:13 p.m. — Criminal mischief to carport and theft of plants on the 300 block of Claire Street.

5:26 p.m. —Burglary of outdoor sheds on the 1000 block of Cedar Street.

Sutherlin Police

8:09 a.m. — Bomb threat at Oakland High School on the 500 block of Spruce Street led to the evacuation of the school. Student who wrote threat in custody.

8:17 a.m. — Theft of $25.75 in gas from station on the 1400 block of West Central Avenue.

ACCIDENTS

Monday

Douglas County sheriff

6:16 p.m. — Single-vehicle accident with possible minor injuries on Cow Creek Road near Milepost 17 in Riddle. Riddle Fire Department on scene.

Oregon State Police

11:02 a.m. — Accident involving car and a log truck on Highway 38 near Milepost 25 near Scottsburg. Unknown injuries. Scottsburg Fire Department, Elkton Rural Fire Protection District and Reedsport Ambulance also responded.

7:22 p.m. — Single-vehicle accident when a trailer came apart from a truck on Interstate 5 southbound near Milepost 123 in Roseburg. No injuries.

Roseburg Police

12:54 p.m. — Two-vehicle, noninjury accident at Alameda Avenue and Northeast Stephens Street.

ARRESTS

The News-Review publishes the names of individuals who have been arrested on suspicion of at least one felony charge or three misdemeanors or a combination of felony and misdemeanor charges.

Douglas County sheriff

Kainoa Gabriel Guerin, 21, of Ashland, on suspicion of unlawful manufacture, delivery and possession of cocaine.

Lacy Rose Reaney, 28, of Dillard, on suspicion of strangulation, harassment, fourth-degree assault and menacing.

FIRE RUNS

Monday

Fire District No 2

6:20 a.m. — Small fire on the back side of a barn on Old Highway 99 South and Tipton Road near Roseburg. Fire extinguished.
