POLICE LOG

Monday

Douglas County sheriff

2:06 p.m. —Burglary and theft at shop on the 400 block of Sinclair Lane in Garden Valley.

6:19 p.m. — Assault and menacing on the 3700 block of Carnes Road in Green.

7:51 p.m. — Five males fighting on the 200 block of Clara Drive near Canyonville.

Roseburg Police

8:56 a.m. — Criminal mischief on the 500 block of Oak Avenue.

3:58 p.m. — Theft of yard gnomes from the 1400 block of Vallejo Drive.

ACCIDENTS

Monday

Douglas County sheriff

12:58 p.m. — Two-vehicle accident with unknown injuries on Highway 101 at Kendall Estates Lane. Reedsport Ambulance also responded.

Oregon State Police

2:26 a.m. — A driver swerved to miss a deer and crashed into the median on Interstate 5 southbound near Milepost 142 near Metz Hill. No injuries.

2:24 p.m. — Two-vehicle, noninjury accident on Interstate 5 southbound near Milepost 98 near Canyonville.

Reedsport Police

5:24 p.m. — Vehicle struck a pedestrian on the 600 block of Ranch Road. No injuries.

Roseburg Police

4:21 p.m. — Two-vehicle, noninjury accident on the 1800 block of Douglas Avenue.

ARRESTS

The News-Review publishes the names of individuals who have been arrested on suspicion of at least one felony charge or three misdemeanors or a combination of felony and misdemeanor charges.

Monday

Douglas County sheriff

Thomas Gene Cullett, 32, of Roseburg, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault, menacing and harassment.

Dennis Mark Langford, 56, of Riddle, on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

FIRE RUNS

Monday

Winston-Dillard Fire

11:25 p.m. — Porch on fire at home on the 200 block of Church Street in Dillard.
