10:25 a.m. — Semitruck overturned at Interstate 5 northbound Exit 148. No injuries. Douglas County Sheriff's Office and Oregon Department of Transportation also responded.

5:50 p.m. — Noninjury accident at 21st and Winchester avenues.

7:39 p.m. — Two-vehicle accident at Cass Avenue and Southeast Stephens Street. No injuries.

Jesse J. Hamm, 22, of North Bend, on suspicion of unlawful possession of heroin, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and felony probation violation.
Roseburg Police
Kevin S. Beavers, 23, of Roseburg, on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and felony probation violation.
A 15-year-old Roseburg male was taken to the Juvenile Detention Center on suspicion of second-degree sex abuse and second-degree unlawful sexual penetration.
A 16-year-old Roseburg male was taken to the Juvenile Detention Center on suspicion of unauthorized use of a vehicle and unauthorized departure.
