1:32 p.m. — Theft of a cell phone on the 1500 block of Tiller Trail Highway, Canyonville.

2:06 p.m. — Water rescue on the river near the 24800 block of Highway 38, Elkton.

6:28 p.m. — Theft on the 600 block Salmon Harbor Drive, Winchester Bay.

7:05 p.m. — Burglary and theft on the 200 block of Feather Lane, Sutherlin.

10:20 p.m. — Theft on the 1000 block of Salmon Harbor Drive, Winchester Bay.

2:05 p.m. — Vehicle spray painted on the 2200 block of Stewart Parkway.

Sutherlin Police

2:01 p.m. — Identity theft reported on the 500 block of South State Street.

5:49 p.m. — Theft on the 800 block of Northwest Sixth Avenue.

9:08 a.m. — Burglary on the 5000 block of Garden Valley Road, Roseburg.

3:04 p.m. — Criminal mischief on the 80000 block of Highway 101, Gardiner.

3:21 p.m. — Criminal mischief to a vehicle on the 1000 block of Broadway Avenue, Winchester Bay.

8:27 p.m. — Criminal mischief to a vehicle on the 4000 block of Hayhurst Road, Yoncalla.

Roseburg Police

9:44 a.m. — Criminal mischief to a building window on the 1600 block of Diamond Lake Boulevard.

7:04 p.m. — Male detained for shoplifting on the 2500 block of Stewart Parkway.

7:32 p.m. — Theft on the 200 block of Southeast Jackson Street.

9:35 p.m. — Theft on the 500 block of Lane Avenue.

ACCIDENTS

Saturday

Douglas County sheriff

2:22 p.m. — Vehicle rolled down a hill and became trapped under waterfall near the 27400 block of Lower Smith River Road, Gardiner.

3:18 p.m. — All-terrain vehicle crash on the 3400 block of Salmon Harbor Drive, Winchester Bay. Injuries unknown.

7:18 p.m. — Single-vehicle accident at Glendale Valley and Tunnel roads, Glendale. No injuries. Glendale Ambulance and Glendale Rural Fire District also responded.

Oregon State Police

4:43 p.m. — Single-vehicle accident on Interstate 5 South near Milepost 115, Roberts Mountain. Injuries unknown.

Roseburg Police

4:43 p.m. — Noninjury two-vehicle accident at Harvey Avenue and Stewart Parkway.

Sunday

Douglas County sheriff

3 a.m. — Single-vehicle accident on the 8400 block of Lookingglass Road, Lookingglass. No injuries.

Tory Dean Jones, 29, of Roseburg, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault, strangulation and menacing.

Saturday

Douglas County sheriff

Cody Lynn Clark, 19, of North Bend, on suspicion of disorderly conduct, fourth-degree assault and first-degree burglary.

Sunday

Douglas County sheriff

Paul Lynn Ruggles, 31, of Salem, on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and carrying or possessing a concealed weapon.

Candida Ann Williams, 40, of Salem on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

Roseburg Police

Bobby Ray Simmons, 40, of Dillard, on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

Winston Police

Joshua Dean Phillips, 24, of Dillard, on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine.
