POLICE LOG

Thursday

Douglas County Sheriff

10:42 a.m. — Theft of a wallet from a vehicle on the 1500 block of Salmon Harbor Drive, Winchester Bay.

11:19 a.m. — Multiple guns and a bullet-proof vest stolen on the 100 block of Sether Avenue, Glendale.

Reedsport Police

12:49 p.m. — Theft from a bank account reported on the 2700 block of Frontage Road.

5:14 p.m. — Adult female detained for shoplifting at Price ‘N Pride, 1300 Highway Avenue.

Sutherlin Police

1:14 p.m. — Theft of services on the 1400 block of West Central Avenue.

ACCIDENTS

Thursday

Douglas County sheriff

2:52 p.m. — Two noninjury accidents on the 81800 block of Highway 101 at Carter Lake, Gardiner. Reedsport Fire Department and Gardiner Rural Fire District also responded.

4:36 p.m. — Two-vehicle noninjury accident at Cross Creek Drive and Garden Valley Road, Garden Valley.

5:25 p.m. — Motorcycle crash on the 1300 block of South Myrtle Road, Myrtle Creek. Injuries reported. Medcom Ambulance and Myrtle Creek Fire Department also responded.

9 p.m. — Noninjury accident on the 1000 block of Briarwood Road, Umpqua.

Oregon State Police

2:41 p.m. — Single-vehicle rollover accident on Interstate 5 North at Milepost 119, Winston. Injuries reported. Medcom Ambulance, Winston-Dillard Fire District and Winston-Dillard Ambulance also responded.

8:52 p.m. — Two-vehicle accident on Highway 138 West at Dovetail Lane, Sutherlin. No injuries. Sutherlin Ambulance also responded.

Roseburg Police

10:39 a.m. — Pickup crashed into a tree on the 400 block of Rose Street. No injuries. Roseburg Fire Department and Medcom Ambulance also responded.

3:53 p.m. — Noninjury accident at Oak Avenue and Pine Street.

ARRESTS

Wednesday

Reedsport Police

James Anthony Banks, 20, of Coos Bay, on suspicion of unlawful possession and delivery of marijuana.

Jonathan Fredric Nanninga, 20, of Coos Bay, on suspicion of unlawful possession and delivery of marijuana and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Casey Anthony Rickman, 20, of Coos Bay, on suspicion of unlawful possession and delivery of marijuana.

Thursday

Oregon State Police

Amanda Noel Campos, 21, of Myrtle Creek, on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

Sutherlin Police

Joseph Edward Lee, 19, of Sutherlin, on suspicion of unlawful possession of marijuana.

Winston Police

James Ray Teel, 40, on suspicion of unlawful possession and delivery of methamphetamine.

5:38 p.m. — Grass fire on the 400 block of Aker Drive, Tri City. Tri City Rural Fire District, Canyonville South Umpqua Fire Department, Riddle Rural Fire District and Myrtle Creek Fire Department also responded.
