Tuesday

Douglas County sheriff

9:08 a.m. — Dock stolen from 200 block of Main Street, Scottsburg.

9:58 a.m. — Tires slashed on the 200 block of Lizzy Lane, Azalea.

11:02 a.m. — Theft of medication on the 3000 block of Porter Street, Roseburg.

4:57 p.m. — Burglary of residence on the 700 block of McCullough Creek Road, Glendale.

8:54 p.m. — Burglary of business on the 200 block of Kester Road, Roseburg.

11:22 p.m. — Assault on the 600 block of Grandview Street, Glide.

Roseburg Police

9:25 a.m. — Prescription fraud on the 2700 block of Stewart Parkway.

Sutherlin Police

10:32 p.m. — Tools and hitch stolen from shed on the 1000 block of East Central Avenue.

Winston Police

7:57 p.m. — Scam letter received in mail on the 200 block of Twin Oaks Loop.

ACCIDENTS

Tuesday

Douglas County sheriff

1:16 a.m. — One-vehicle wreck at the intersection of Hayhurst Road and Bridges Street, Yoncalla. One person complained of rib pain.

2:40 p.m. — Single-vehicle crash on the 17000 block of Tyee Road, Oakland. Male patient transported with minor injuries to Mercy Medical Center. Kellogg EMT, Kellogg Rural Fire District and Sutherlin Ambulance also responded.

3:31 p.m. — Motorcycle crash at Cavitt Creek and Little River roads, Glide. Person transported to Mercy Medical Center. Glide Rural Fire District, Medcom responded.

10:52 p.m. — Single-vehicle rollover crash. Person transported by ambulance to Mercy Medical Center. Driving while suspended violation. Glide Rural Fire District and Medcom also responded.

Oregon State Police

8:01 p.m. — Hit-and-run collision at Milepost 120 southbound, Interstate 5, Winston. Driver that left scene was later stopped. Driver seemed very intoxicated and was arrested.

Roseburg Police

12:03 p.m. — Two-vehicle, noninjury collision on the 600 block of Stanton Street.

7 p.m. — Two-vehicle, noninjury crash at the back side of Roseburg High School, 400 Harvard Ave.

9:20 p.m. — Noninjury collision on the 1100 block of Northeast Stephens Street.

ARRESTS

Douglas County sheriff

Loduska Nicole Scott, 26, of Winston on suspicion of first-degree theft.

Jared Lee Hawkins, 21, address unknown, on suspicion of second-degree assault.

Oregon State Police

Jose Ramon Garcia, 34, address unknown, on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants, failing to perform duties of a driver, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and third-degree criminal mischief.

Roseburg Police

Highland Campbell, 42, of Roseburg, on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful distribution of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, schedule III, and unlawful manufacture of methamphatamine.

Zachary Shane Botts, 18, address unknown, on suspicion of disorderly conduct, harassment, and providing false information to a police officer.

FIRE RUNS

Tuesday

Douglas Forest Protective Association

10:18 p.m. — Fire spotted between Brush Creek and Putnam Valley, Elkton. North Douglas Fire and EMS (Drain) and Elkton Fire District also responded.

Roseburg Fire Department

6:15 p.m. — Leaves on fire in parking lot on the 1500 block of Northeast Stephens Street.

Winston Dillard Fire Department

8:08 p.m. — 34-foot-travel trailer blocking northbound lane of Brockway Road near Highway 42, Brockway.
