These logs are the highlights of initial emergency calls and reports to the Douglas County Dispatch Center. They do not represent all the incidents or their final outcomes.

POLICE LOG

Sunday

Douglas County sheriff

6:50 p.m. — Report of two 12-year-old boys shooting pellet guns at people in the 4300 block of Hanna Street in Green. A deputy spoke to the boys.

ACCIDENTS

Saturday

Douglas County sheriff

4:28 p.m. — Hit-and-run wreck in the 100 block of Helweg Road, Winston. A 21-year-old woman had her vehicle struck by a 1993 maroon Ford Ranger pickup. The driver of the pickup ran off. Deputies were attempting to locate him. The registered owner of the pickup had a listed address in the 200 block of James Street in Canyonville but has moved. The driver of the other vehicle was taken for treatment at Mercy Medical Center.

Oregon State Police

1:26 p.m. — Two-vehicle accident in the northbound lanes of Interstate 5 at Milepost 123.

Sunday

Douglas County sheriff

9:23 a.m. — Four-vehicle wreck on Highway 99 near Winery Lane in Green.

9:25 p.m. — Vehicle spun out and went off the road in the 6000 block of Garden Valley Road. No injuries were reported.

Oregon State Police

1:58 p.m. — One-vehicle wreck in the northbound lane of Interstate 5 at Milepost 145 north of Oakland. No injuries were reported, but traffic backed up from the vehicle blocking the slow lane.

Charmin Lee Stevens, 40, of Myrtle Creek, on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

Roseburg Police

Steven James Thompson, 32, of Roseburg, on suspicion of first-degree criminal mischief.

Analee Afton Wulff, 35, of Roseburg, on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Reedsport Police

Jason Lee Fishel, 19, of Reedsport, on suspicion of two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Saturday

Oregon State Police

Isaac Daneil Brazille, 24, of Roseburg, on suspicion of unlawful possession of marijuana and contempt of court.

Roseburg Police

Ricky William Lavrar, 27, of Roseburg, on unlawful possession of methamphetamine and driving while suspended.

Myrtle Creek Police

Bryan Christopher Emswiler, 36, of Myrtle Creek, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault, strangulation and harassment.

Sunday

Douglas County Sheriff

Caren Cashett, 50, no hometown listed, on suspicion of second-degree kidnapping, menacing and harassment.

Roseburg Police

Brain McNabb, 26, of Roseburg, on suspicion of third-degree criminal mischief, and failure to appear.

Brandon Michael Mohr, 40, of Roseburg, on suspicion of contempt.

Sarah F. Raines, 23, no hometown listed, on suspicion of criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and harassment.

Sutherlin Police

Marc Ernest Harper, 39, of Roseburg, on suspicion of second-degree criminal mischief, failure to appear and contempt.

FIRE RUNS

Saturday

Winston-Dillard fire

5:49 p.m. — Unit responded to a shed on fire in the 12100 block of South Highway 99, Dillard.

Winchester Bay Fire

7:03 p.m. — Motorcycle wreck in the 3400 block of Salmon Harbor Drive. The rider reportedly broke his upper leg and was treated for injuries.
