Blues performances by Karen Lovely and the Rogue Suspects bring the music to this year's Music and Pumpkin Celebration in Canyonville.
The event will be held at Canyonville's Pioneer Park from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Oct. 24.
Lovely was named Best Performer at this year's Waterfront Blues Festival in Portland, while the Rogue Suspects have earned respect in Southern Oregon by sharing the stage with legends such as James Brown.
The pumpkins won't be forgotten either, with carving contests, weigh-ins and both sweet and savory recipe contests with cash prizes.
A classic car show lasts throughout the day, as do visiting performances by Wildlife Safari animals.
The original event was scheduled for Oct. 17, but due to poor weather has been rescheduled with the same schedule for Saturday, Oct. 24.
Information: 430-6681.
