Fire officials are investigating the cause of a blaze that destroyed an abandoned home in Yoncalla Friday night.
Firefighters were called to 4180 Anlauf Road at about 10 p.m. and arrived to find the structure fully involved with flames, according to North Douglas Fire & EMS.
The structure has been abandoned for at least two years, and officials are not sure who owns it.
Sixteen firefighters spend 30 minutes bringing the blaze under control. The structure is considered a total loss.
