Glide nursing assistant disciplined | The News-Review

Cindy M. Cox of Glide recently voluntarily surrendered her nursing assistant certificate, according to an Oregon Board of Nursing news release.

She surrendered the certificate for using the client relationship for personal gain, the release said.

The state board announced its final disciplinary action against her and 34 nurses and nursing assistants statewide at its Oct. 14 meeting.
