Wednesday

Douglas County sheriff

4:31 p.m. — Theft of landscape equipment from vehicle on the 400 block of Stearns Lane.

Roseburg Police

10:37 a.m. — Theft of money by employee on the 1900 block of Diamond Lake Boulevard.

12:20 p.m. — Theft of cell phone on the 2100 block of Aviation Boulevard.

1:37 p.m. — Tires slashed on vehicle over the weekend on the 300 block of Pine Street.

10:01 p.m. — Vehicle stolen on the 1100 block of Garden Valley Boulevard.

Winston Police

1:56 p.m. — Prescription fraud on the 300 block of Douglas Boulevard.

ACCIDENTS

Wednesday

Douglas County sheriff

11:12 p.m. — Single-vehicle, noninjury crash at the intersection of Glengary and Roberts Creek roads, Roberts Creek.

Oregon State Police

9:02 a.m. — Single-vehicle, injury crash at Milepost 80 southbound, Interstate 5, Glendale.

Roseburg Police

10:21 a.m. — Hit-and-run crash on the 500 block of Spruce Street.

ARRESTS

Douglas County sheriff

Steven Ellis Bowen, 44, of Coos Bay on suspicion of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, attempting to elude a police officer, driving while suspended/misdemeanor.

Daniel Alvin Lopez, 33, of Cottage Grove on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

Stacy Lynn Standley, 37, of Cottage Grove on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

James Dale Loudon, 30, of Salem on suspicion of parole violation, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

FIRE RUNS

Wednesday

Roseburg Fire Department

4:31 p.m. — Investigated large plume of smoke reported on the 300 block of Ella Street.
