Three local women were injured in a Thursday evening crash on Gazley Road, police said Saturday.
Angela Romero, 17, of Tri City was driving a 2001 Honda Accord west on the 800 block of Gazley Road at 7:02 p.m., said Douglas County Sheriff's Sgt. Dave Marshall.
Romero's car entered a 15 mph curve at the intersection with Moonlight Lane, reportedly going about 45 mph.
She told police she misjudged the sharpness of the curve and braked hard, but her vehicle hit an embankment on the north side of the road.
Passenger Ellen Andrieux, 21, of Roseburg was taken with a possible broken right arm by ambulance to Mercy Medical Center.
Passenger Brianna Somerlin, 19, of Roseburg also was taken by ambulance to Mercy, also with a possible broken right arm.
Romero was taken by private vehicle to Mercy with possible minor injuries.
Their conditions were not available by deadline Saturday.
