Learn more about the $5 billion dollars approved for the 2009-10 Oregon state budget at the Roseburg Chamber Area Chamber of Commerce's quarterly government affairs breakfast Thursday.
State Representative Tim Freeman will speak during the breakfast, which runs from 7:45 to 9 a.m. at the Douglas County Fairgrounds, 2110 S.W. Frear St. The presentation will include information about procedures and historical and current facts used to calculate the Oregon budget. Freeman will also address what the budget means for business.
The breakfast is $15 for chamber members and $20 for others. A table of eight is $100. Reservations are required.
