Douglas County Fire District No. 2 responded to a 12:41 p.m. call of a fire at 9 Manor Loop, Fire Marshal Josep Pedrola said. They found the woman had left some clothing on top of candles in her living room.
Firefighters had the flame out by 12:48 p.m. Damage was limited to the clothing and some smoke damage in the room, Pedrola said.
