POLICE LOG

Friday

Douglas County sheriff

8:16 a.m. — Burglary in the 200 block of D Lee Lane, Tri City.

11:21 a.m. — Mailbox vandalized in the 8200 block of Highway 42, Tenmile.

11:42 a.m. — Theft of goods from and damage to a shop in the 700 block of Doerner Road, Melrose.

4:35 p.m. — Theft reported in the 600 block of First Avenue in Riddle.

7:22 p.m. — Burglary inside of a storage shed in the 200 block of Emils Way in Green.

9:27 p.m. — Juveniles reportedly stole an all terrain vehicle and broke a water spout in the 1000 block of Hayhurst Road in Yoncalla. The vehicle was later recovered.

Myrtle Creek Police

2:13 p.m. — Two vehicle accident in the 100 block of Main Street, Myrtle Creek. No injuries reported.

8:42 p.m. — Reported theft of medical marijuana in the 300 block of Main Street in Myrtle Creek.

Roseburg Police

1:07 p.m. — Theft in the 2400 block of Diamond Lake Boulevard, Roseburg.

1:30 p.m. — Non-injury accident at the intersection of Clover Avenue and Stephens Street in Roseburg.

3:04 p.m. — Report of possible identity theft in the 2700 block of Douglas Avenue in Roseburg.

Myrtle Creek Police

9:34 a.m. — Criminal mischief and burglary reported in the 100 block of North Civil Bend Street in Myrtle Creek.

Roseburg Police

7:20 a.m. — Report of temporary identification theft in the 200 block of Garden Valley in Roseburg.

7:21 a.m. — Food and medication reported stolen from the 1500 block of Pine Street in Roseburg.

10:08 — Report of Craigslist check cashing scam in the 2400 block of Edenbower in Roseburg.

ACCIDENTS

Friday

Douglas County sheriff

7:22 p.m. — Ford Explorer left roadway at Elliot Avenue and Third Street in Canyonville. No injuries reported.

9:41 p.m. — Single vehicle non-injury accident at milepost 160 northbound I-5 near Scotts Valley crossing.

9:56 p.m. — Non-injury accident reported in the 6900 block of Upper Olalla Road in Tenmile. Vehicle left roadway and went through a fence.

11:13 p.m. — Single vehicle accident on the bridge in the 5800 block of Highway 99 in Roseburg. No reported injuries.

Oregon State Police

8:55 p.m. — Single vehicle non-injury accident at milepost 170 I-5 northbound near the Cottage Grove interchange.

Roseburg Police

5:01 p.m. — Report of injuries after a two-vehicle accident in the 400 block of Stephens Street in Roseburg. A passenger reportedly struck head on the steering wheel during the accident.

5:12 — Two-vehicle non-injury accident in the 700 block of Garden Valley Boulevard.

Douglas County sheriff

9:19 a.m. — Four people were uninjured after their pickup rolled over in the 3200 block of Lower Smith River Road in Gardiner.

Oregon State Police

3:04 a.m. — Vehicle in ditch in the 2500 block of Ireland Road in Tenmile. No injuries reported.

6:37 a.m. — Driver reports hitting ice in single vehicle accident at milepost 101 on southbound I-5 in Azalea.

7:11 a.m. — Non-injury accident at milepost 124 northbound I-5 in Roseburg.

9:26 a.m. — Vehicle stuck in mud at milepost 92 I-5 near Canyonville. No injuries reported.

7:11 a.m. — Car spun out on ice and hit the guardrail at milepost 124 northbound I-5. No injuries reported.

8:29 a.m. — No injuries reported in a rollover of a pickup at milepost 86 northbound I-5.

Roseburg Police

6:05 a.m. — Many vehicles involved in an accident on the Washington Street bridge in Roseburg. Icy conditions reported, no injuries.

11:54 a.m. — Two-vehicle non-injury accident at the intersection of Stevens and Channon in Roseburg.

FIRE RUNS

Friday

Canyonville-South Umpqua Fire

5:13 p.m. — Electrical fire reported in the attic of a home in the 200 block of Sunset Drive in Canyonville.

Saturday

Camas Valley Rural Fire District

2:43 a.m. — Barn fire in the 100 block of Kirkendahl Road in Camas Valley. Owner reports heat lamp was left on for animals in barn.
