Roseburg women cited for airsoft gun use

Three local women were allegedly traveling down Interstate 5 and in areas near Roseburg shooting vehicles and people with an Airsoft plastic pellet gun at 3 p.m. on Saturday.

An Oregon State Police trooper cited and released Joaie Anderson, 20, Danielle Hayes, 21, and Alisha Stevens, 20, for disorderly conduct.

Anderson, of Roseburg, was the driver of the white 1995 Geo Metro and admitted to the crime during interviews, according to state police.

Hayes, also of Roseburg, initially denied involvement, but later confessed. Stevens is from Glide.
