Of Roseburg, Oregon, passed away on Tuesday, August 17, 2010. He was 46 years old. Chris was born October 11, 1963, in Kansas City, Missouri, son of Carl 'Casey' and Lillie (Phipps) Casey. He moved to Roseburg with his family as a teenager in 1978. He enjoyed motorcycle, western movies and fishing. He is survived by his father, Casey of Roseburg, a sister, Megan Tate of Winston, Oregon, and a brother, Nathan Casey and his wife, Jennifer of Roseburg. Chris was preceded in death by his mother, Lil. Interment will be at the Lookingglass Cemetery, next to his mother.
