We've probably spent some of our time during the holidays reminiscing about the past or “good old days,” things that happened, people we've seen or places we've been, or foods we've eaten. As we begin to have more rain, cold weather and snow, I begin to reminisce about soup. I see soup as a multipurpose kind of food, one that addresses many aspects of our lives.
