Douglas County Library and United Community Action Network partner to help residents estimate their electricity consumption and discover how to reduce their electric bills. Library branches in Riddle, Sutherlin and Drain recently hosted an “Energy Education and ‘Kill A Watt' Seminar” offered by UCAN'S energy education specialist Brian Hudgins.
