OSU Extension Spotlight: 4-H offers tips for families on tight budgets

Youth make up one of the most important resources that we have in Douglas County, since they represent the future of our community. But challenging economic times mean that families have fewer financial resources to ensure that their children are provided the best opportunities to keep them engaged and learning all year long.The OSU Extension Service and 4-H youth development program understand this and do their best to provide high-quality programs at little to no cost to families.
