Construction crews work on the pillars of the fish screen that, when completed, will guide juvenile fish through the fish screen on Soda Springs Dam, part of the North Umpqua Hydroelectric Project in Toketee. The Soda Springs Dam has blocked fish passage to the upper ends of the North Umpqua River and Fish Creek for nearly 60 years.
