An electric car charging station gets installed behind the Wagon Wheel Restaurant on Garden Valley Boulevard in Roseburg. Electric car changing stations being installed in Roseburg, Canyonville and Rice Hill as part of a network of federally funded stations meant to promote electric cars are expected to be operational soon.
