Age 68, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family and in the thoughts of many loved ones. Beloved wife of Daniel Carroll; loving mother of Bill Carroll of Little Rock, Arkansas, and Bob Carroll of Stockton California; grandmother to Adam and Delaney; dear sister of George Dale Willes of Myrtle Creek, Oregon, and the late Ted Willes. She was greeted at the open doors of Heaven by her father, mother and brother.

She was born in Vallejo, CA, lived in Stockton, CA until moving to Oregon. Shirley enjoyed many pastimes, none so much as family and friends, she will be profoundly missed.

Family and friends will be invited to a celebration of Shirley's life being planned in Canyonville and Stockton.
