The Douglas Interagency Narcotics Team arrested David Gary Smith, 32, and Kristina Louise Smith, 33, at gunpoint on suspicion of first-degree theft by receiving, being felons in possession of a firearm and possession of methamphetamine shortly before midnight Wednesday.
