Jason D. Cooper, 37, a former Marine sniper who lives in Temecula, Calif., was in fair condition, a Legacy Emanuel Medical Center spokesman said. Cooper had been in critical condition Thursday. Cooper was found in a remote area near Lemolo Lake with hypothermia after spending two days in the woods in sandals and shorts.
