ROSEBURGThe Umpqua Valley Tennis Center is holding free tennis lessons for kids in grades 4-8 for the 19th consecutive year, beginning Monday from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.Tennis pro Jeremy Root and his staff will be on hand to work with kids.
