SUPERINTENDENT - PLYWOOD
Timber Products Company is recruiting for a Superintendent for our Medford Plywood
facility. This position will report directly to the Mill Manager and is responsible for
supporting the mill in meeting its goals by managing daily plant production. Work
includes overall management and scheduling of shifts and employees, monitoring the
production and quality of plywood produced, and ensuring mill resources are utilized
to the highest levels of efficiency. Ensures a safe and efficient work environment by
communicating and managing to established safety, quality, and production goals.
The Ideal candidates will have a BA/BS degree in Business Administration, production
management or related field with a minimum of 5 years of overall production
management experience, preferably in a wood products manufacturing or other
manufacturing environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must also possess strong interpersonal, leadership, and team building skills with a
commitment to safety.
