ROSEBURG Fairgrounds to host craft fair The Douglas County Christmas Craft Fair is set for 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Nov. 30 and Dec. 1 and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 2 at the Douglas County Fairgrounds, 2110 Frear St. Now in its 39th year, the fair is the largest event of its type in Douglas County.
