ROSEBURG Arts center has open house The Umpqua Valley Arts Association will host a Nov. 28 open house at the Umpqua Valley Arts Center, 1624 West Harvard Avenue, Roseburg. Christmas music, cookies, coffee and punch will be available from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Handmade Christmas gifts by area artists will be offered for sale.
