The Douglas County Youth Orchestra will be performing its winter concert at 7 p.m. Jan. 22 at Umpqua Community College’s Jacoby Auditorium, 1140 Umpqua College Road, Roseburg. More than 135 string students from Douglas County will perform from the pre-beginning classes through the advanced orchestra.
