HUNTING FOR TREASURE — The Douglas County Prospectors Association is hosting the Gold and Treasure Show featuring door prizes, raffles, lectures and demonstrations. The show, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. today and Saturday at the Douglas County Fairgrounds, 2110 Frear St., Roseburg, will feature metal detectors, dredging equipment, prospecting tools and a power sluice. Get panning lessons from an association member for $3. Food concessions and a kids zone will be available. Admission is $3; children 12 and younger get in free with an adult.
