WINSTON Singer, author signs books Roseburg-area author and entertainer Wayne West will be available to sign copies of his children’s book, “Square Dance! A Ruckus in the Barn,” starting at 7:15 p.m. Feb. 14 at the Winston Community Center, 440 S.E. Grape St. West first came to Douglas County in 1972 to call square dances for the Buckaroo Barn. He returned from Anaheim, Ca, after his 1992 retirement. While in Anaheim, West had a side job singing country and western songs in Frontierland at Disneyland.
