Following is a listing of Easter weekend activities in Douglas County.


South County YMCA Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt at Pioneer Park. Lots of eggs with candy and golden eggs with prizes. Bring your flashlight. Easter Egg hunt starts at 8:30 p.m. sharp. Ages 5 to 13 and cost is $4 YMCA members, $6 community members.


Myrtle Creek Easter Egg Hunt. 1 p.m. at Millsite Park, 231 Volunteer Way, Myrtle Creek. This event is sponsored by the Myrtle Creek Grange.

Feed the Burg Easter Egg Hunt and Potluck. Eagles Park at the corner of Jackson and Lane in Downtown Roseburg. noon. Call Chelsey Brown at 541-670-5600. Volunteers and donations needed.

Easter Egg Hunt at West Intermediate School in Sutherlin. 1 to 2 p.m. 531 N Comstock Ave., Sutherlin. Please Contact Pat Greer for more info, 541-680-1341.

Easter Party and Egg Hunt at Wilbur United Methodist Church. 757 N Bank Rd, Wilbur. Noon to 1 p.m. featuring egg hunt, craft, and snacks.

Camas Valley and Tenmile Volunteer Fire Deptartment’s Annual Easter Egg Hunt. Camas Valley High School football field. Gates open at 10 a.m. Fun for kids Kindergarten to 6th grade. Door prizes for all ages. Fire truck rides. Don’t forget to bring a baked good for the always fun cakewalk! Easter Bunny will also be here for the fun activities.

Easter Egg Hunt at Adams House Assisted Living in Myrtle Creek. 10 a.m. Residents hide eggs in hallways so they can watch the little ones find them. Adams House Assisted Living, 121 SE Cordelia Dr, Myrtle Creek.

Annual Glendale Oregon Easter Egg Hunt. The Easter Bunny will be here this year, 1 to 2 p.m. Glendale City Park on 6th Street. Age categories, 0 to 3, 4 to 6, 7 to 9 and 10 to 18. Three Special prizes for each age group. These are given to the ones that find the golden eggs.

Umpqua Valley Farmers’ Market Easter Egg Hunt. 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Check in and pick up passports, for kids accompanied by an adult. Find eggs at vendors’ booths and get passports stamped, then turn in for prizes.

Civic Center Park Easter Egg Hunt. 1:30 p.m., behind the Civic Center, 205 West “A” Ave., Drain. Children age 12 and under. Prizes.


Easter Brunch at The Parrot House. 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Please call or email for reservations at 541-580-0600 Reservations are recommended but not required. 1851 SE Stephens, Roseburg.

Easter Egg Hunt, 10,000 eggs. Free event at Riverbend Park in Winston at 1 p.m. Organized by Dillard Church of God.

Rock & Roll Easter at the Hucrest Community Church of God. 9 to 11:30 a.m. Brunch, worship, message, egg hunt, selfie booth, and more. 2075 NW Witherspoon Ave., Roseburg.

Henry Estate Winery Easter in the Umpqua. A day filled with old-fashioned fun for the whole family, including egg hunts for children and adults. Plus, we have face painting, a petting zoo, live music and miniature golf. Child egg hunt at 2 p.m. Adult egg hunt at 4 p.m. Bring your appetite too because we’ll be serving up a traditional ham dinner compete with all the fixings. $10/carload (includes all activities except dinner, which can be purchased separately). North Douglas County Fire & EMS Volunteer Fire Association Annual Easter Egg Hunt. 1 to 2 p.m. at Yoncalla High School, 292 5th St, Yoncalla. Ages 1-13. Prizes for all age groups. Bring your own basket.

Free Easter Pancake Breakfast & Egg Hunt. Hosted by Roseburg First Christian Church, 432 SE Kane St, Roseburg. 9:30 a.m. to 10:20 AM free pancake breakfast, 10:40 a.m. Easter worship service with special children’s worship service. Easter egg hunt on the courthouse lawn for all children in attendance. Family Selfie Station available. Nursery and childcare available. For more details please call the church office 541-672-4566.

The Lighthouse Church Easter Celebration. Two egg hunts for children, teenager scavenger hunt, cash prizes, and potluck to follow. 10:45 a.m., 2837 W Harvard Ave.

Easter Sunday at Winston Christian Church. Egg hunt and BBQ. 10:45 a.m., 121 SE Gregory, Winston.

Easter Celebration at New Hope Church and Wildlife Safari Service. Easter Sunrise Service (at Wildlife Safari) at 7 a.m. 8 a.m. Easter breakfast, 9:15 a.m. Easter egg hunt for the kids, 10 a.m. Worship service. 5995 Old Hwy. 99 S, Roseburg.

Easter Breakfast at the Oakland Church of Christ. Free. 8:30 a.m. 1400 NE Oak St., Oakland.

Easter 2017 at Roseburg Alliance Church. 9 a.m. and 10:45 services. 1,000 egg hunt during both services.

St. Paul Lutheran Church Egg Hunt. 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. services; 10 a.m. Easter egg hunt. 750 W Keady Ct., Roseburg.
