Expert speakers to share outdoors advice at show

Discussions and demonstrations, ranging from hunting big bulls to casting for smallmouth bass, are scheduled throughout the three-day run of this weekend’s Sportsmen’s and Outdoor Recreation Show at the Douglas County Fairgrounds.

Guest speakers, most of them professionals, will cover such subjects as big-game hunting, lake fishing and river fishing in the Sportsmen’s Theater and demonstrate a variety of fishing techniques for trout, bass, salmon and steelhead on the giant fish tank. Presentations in the Sportsmen’s Theater will be on the hour and demonstrations at the tank will be on the half hour.

All of the presentations are free with admission to the show.
