The Roseburg District, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), South River Field Office has completed the environmental assessment (EA# OR105-01-06) and a "Draft" Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the proposed Beatty Creek/Island Creek Exchange. The planned exchange is in accordance with management direction contained in the Roseburg District Resource Management Plan and Record of Decision (ROD/RMP June 2, 1995).
