Tempting and Temperamental Chocolate

Imagine having Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory and an espresso bar in your house.That's the sweet and stimulating setup -- albeit a little smaller -- occupying part of Lee and Shelly Bates' basement in north Roseburg.Tasty temptations are everywhere in the downstairs kitchen, including the bottles of wine that are used to fill Fog Mountain Chocolates' dark chocolate balls.Despite the many savory distractions, the couple dutifully maintain their focus while churning out rich confections."Chocolate is very temperamental," Shelly said.
