A second winery is coming to Elkton. Terry and Sue Brandborg, who moved to Elkton from San Francisco earlier this year, broke ground last week on the Brandborg Vineyard and Winery's tasting room and production facility at 345 First St., just off Highway 38.The two-story tasting room and retail space, including a deck for added seating, will front the winery's 7,800-square-foot production facility.
