Tan, eat, drink E and, oh yeah, rent a video. Galaxy Video is cranking up the extra features at its new location at 2527 W. Harvard Ave., next to Michael's Thriftway grocery in Roseburg. The 4,400-square-foot store is more than double the size of Galaxy's current location at 2421 W. Harvard, and will feature an espresso bar, additional tanning beds and, in the near future, a takeout deli bar."We have outgrown where we were at and we're expanding," said Paul Rankin.
